whats in a title??

What is in store in a title? Most career oriented folks can make a big fuss on it.

I got a new one and I am proud that I did a roller coaster ride before I bagged it. When it was announced, got nothing to do but flashed usual smile. Thanking Divine Providence of rewarding my hardwork, dedication and commitment :) Behind those warm wishers coming from my team - most I thought were authentic and sincere -I felt that the bigger responsibility was spelled right in front of my face. The playing field is now entirely different, you are expected to play out of your comfort zone. The title is not just bringing pride, increment and reward - its challenging the best in you.

Nevertheless, my fave maxim will remind me that with or without it, play your level best because "its better not to have an honor but deserve it, than to have one but dont deserve it".
